At Re/Gent we offer testing and verification against the most relevant international standards for refrigeration, vending and vending-type equipment, display cabinets, household appliances and heat pumps. Our test programs follow recognized methods so manufacturers, authorities and NGOs can rely on reproducible, comparable and auditable results. 

We test Air to Water Heat Pumps according to: 

  • EN 14511 & EN 14825; Air conditioners, liquid chilling packages and heat pumps with electrically driven compressors for space heating and cooling 

We test coolers and freezers according to: 

  • IEC 62552 (Parts 1–3); Characteristics and energy consumption test methods for household refrigerating appliances.  
  • IEC 63437; Characteristics and test methods for off grid and unreliable grid refrigerating appliances for domestic and light commercial use 
  • ISO 22041; Verification of performance and energy consumption of refrigerated storage cabinets and counters for professional use. 
  • ISO 22043; Classification, requirements and test methods for horizontal closed ice-cream freezers. 
  • ISO 22044; Classification, requirements and test methods for commercial beverage coolers. 
  • ISO  23953 (parts 1 and 2; Vocabulary, classification, requirements and test conditions for refrigerated display cabinets. 
  • IEC 63252; Methods for measurement of energy consumption of vending machines (including refrigerated vending).  
  • EN 16838; Requirements and test methods for refrigerated display cabinets and pozzetto for gelato  gelato ice-cream scooping cabinets and pozzetti. 
  • Various PQS standards of the World Health Organization 
  • Various company standards defined by Multinational companies such as PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Heineken, AB Inbev, Nestlé Froneri and the Magnum Ice Cream Company.
